This place is great!!! We traveled all around Brazil and this is the nicest hotel we stayed at. The entire hotel feels clean and up to date. The staff was helpful. One staff member in particular gave me great recommendations for local bars that were lively. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The air conditioner worked great. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was great and had many options! It is also located to an awesome mall with a zillion options to shop at. The mall has a food court, movie theater, and currency exchange place. An added bonus is that they have a travel agency in the lobby that you can book tours with. I personally was disappointed with some false information that the young curly haired travel agent gave me, but that is only a word of warning that you may not want to book with that travel agenct and nothing to do with the hotel itself. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay!!!!

Very spacious bed even though it's a single room. Bed is firm and nice. Hotel location is close to mall and supermarket. Fairly new and clean . Breakfast selection is rather wide and good. Hotel food is super delicious - wasn't feeling well and had the chicken soup room service which turned up to be like porridge back home. Felt better immediately after eating it. Had dinner of risotto in the beautiful restaurant as well. Service staff were great.

the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us to organise pure trip to the falls. They were all very kind too, both at the reception and dining rooms (special mention to Mr Signelson). The rooms were nice and clean, with a tv that had also access to Netflix. We had a dog and all the staff members were nice to him, also offered a dog kit to be brought to the room.

Beautiful property. Just right for a short stay. Directly across the street from New shopping mall which has some great restaurants. . Room was big, beds soft, staff great, big breakfast with plenty of seating inside and out near the pool.
